Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
You are billed per token based on real usage. Input and output tokens are metered separately at the rate listed for each model on the Models page. Discounts are measured against the official list price, and the rate you pay also depends on the group assigned to your API key.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. Pay-as-you-go has no recurring commitment. The minimum top-up is $1 and there is no top-up fee. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I use one key for all models?
A key can access the models allowed by its assigned groups. Choose an available model ID and check protocol and feature support.
Is there a free AI API key?
No. A2Agent has no free tier. You pay as you go, and top-up bonuses, when offered, are listed on the pricing page. Bonus credits cannot be refunded.
Can I get a refund?
Unused purchased credit can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Bonus credit cannot be refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.
