Formstack Forms Pipedrive Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Formstack Forms

Trigger Event

a supported trigger event

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the a supported trigger event event occurs in Formstack Forms.

Connect Your Formstack Forms

Select the Formstack Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Pipedrive as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Pipedrive

Select an Action Event:

• Add Person When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Add Person” in Pipedrive.
• Delete Person When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Delete Person” in Pipedrive.
• Get Person When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Get Person” in Pipedrive.

Description:

This action sends data from Formstack Forms to Pipedrive and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Formstack Forms Data with Pipedrive Inputs

Map the available data from Formstack Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Pipedrive action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the a supported trigger event trigger and verify the selected Pipedrive actions:

• Confirm that Add Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.
• Confirm that Delete Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.
• Confirm that Get Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.

Then activate your workflow.
