Formstack Forms WordPress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Formstack Forms

Trigger Event

a supported trigger event

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the a supported trigger event event occurs in Formstack Forms.

Connect Your Formstack Forms

Select the Formstack Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add WordPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WordPress

Select an Action Event:

• Create New User When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create New User” in WordPress.
• Update User When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Update User” in WordPress.
• Delete User When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Formstack Forms, use the submitted data to run “Delete User” in WordPress.

Description:

This action sends data from Formstack Forms to WordPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Formstack Forms Data with WordPress Inputs

Map the available data from Formstack Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WordPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the a supported trigger event trigger and verify the selected WordPress actions:

• Confirm that Create New User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WordPress.
• Confirm that Update User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WordPress.
• Confirm that Delete User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WordPress.

Then activate your workflow.
