JetEngine API Request Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

JetEngine

Trigger Event

Custom Content Type (CCT) Item Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Custom Content Type (CCT) Item Created event occurs in JetEngine.

Connect Your JetEngine

Select the JetEngine source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add API Request as an Action

Click:

Add Action → API Request

Select an Action Event:

• Make a Request When “Custom Content Type (CCT) Item Created” occurs in JetEngine, use the submitted data to run “Make a Request” in API Request.

Description:

This action sends data from JetEngine to API Request and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map JetEngine Data with API Request Inputs

Map the available data from JetEngine to the compatible inputs provided by the selected API Request action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Custom Content Type (CCT) Item Created trigger and verify the selected API Request actions:

• Confirm that Make a Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in API Request.

Then activate your workflow.
