I find the user interface lame. It locks up all day alll night. Wait Aw Snap. EBay want me to turn off VPN. No. Turns off Security & Privacy extensions. I refusee to aquiesse to these morons. Ebay is intrusive and I refuse to rewire my house so they can steal from me in a more efficiant mannor. You EBay_Sux is an online company that does not work online. How do I go about finding a customers name and address when it isn't listed??? I got ripped off selling 20 Kennedy Half Dollars to a buyer. I'd appreciate a response. I can't figure out how to use this system That's the problem. E-Bay used to be easier than this is. I've tried to put in a complaint against this buyer but E-Bay refuses to help me get the money back I deserve for selling this guy my Kennedy Half-Dollars. Any help will be appreciated. Just noticed trying to do a return on A and it now charges me 1 dollar to use UPS. But now noticed Goodwill is a drop off for free. I wonder if goodwill worked out a deal instead of returning to A they get return palettes for their inventory. Now eBays free returns look more appealing!

I use "My Notes" as a way to mark where my inventory is stored. It is now missing from the Manage Orders page. It was showing this morning...and now it is gone. It will take me FOREVER to find my inventory without it! Anyone else having this issue?

I recently raised all my shipping charges to $8.40 because that's what it costs me to ship even a small 4 oz. package via GA. I'm shipping out my weekend sales tonight and just realized that $8.40 just went up to $8.95. I don't know how I (and many other small sellers) are going to survive this.

"my notes" disappeared on sold items so I cant find them in stock. I use "my notes" for stock locations. 3600 items. Jumping off the roof just became a viable solution. Ebay no help. Same old BS "we will notify technical"

I've noticed with the current version of the eBay Android app and desktop web software, that if I go to edit a listing using the Android app, it will remove all blank lines that I previously put in my description when using the desktop web interface. This is clearly a bug, but is this the right place for me to report it?

I received a damaged item and seller said he would seek resolution with shipping service. It was shipped FedEx.  He said he's working on it and would get back to me. Seller has low feedback, I'm kind of worried. Can I check with FedEx to see if he filled a claim?
