Add the authenticated Fabric code graph and governed Fractal memory to Cursor.

Prerequisites

Node.js 20.18.1+, a Cognisos account, Cursor 0.43+, and a marked project you want indexed.

Install

Run the verified installer from the project you want to index:

cd /path/to/your/project
npx -y @cognisos/fabric-mcp@beta setup

Setup signs you in, verifies both engines, detects Cursor, and installs a private exact wrapper. Do not hand-author an unverified ambient npx configuration or use the disabled accountless setup --local path.

Verify

Restart Cursor. Open chat, click the tool icon, and confirm one fabric connector contains both fabric_* and fractal_* tools.

The required Fabric Code Indexer daemon should be ready. The separate Fractal background capture daemon is optional and off by default; not_running there does not mean the connector failed.
