Tapaya Platform
Merchants, money, compliance, and support work the same way for every Tapaya product. These shared pages cover what In-Store Acceptance and Online Payments have in common.
Whichever channel your merchants accept payments on, they are onboarded, settled, invoiced, and supported through the same Tapaya Platform and Tapaya API. A merchant that takes payments both in store and online onboards once and gets paid through one account.
How it works
One Tapaya Platform handles merchants, settlement, and reporting behind every channel. In-Store Acceptance turns the Android phones and tablets your merchants already use into payment terminals, and Online Payments takes their payments on the web. The same setup covers very different moments:
- Payments in your shop: staff take contactless cards and wallets at the counter, with no separate terminal to rent.
- QR payments at the table: guests scan a QR code for the bill and pay on their own phone, without waiting for a terminal.
- Tokenized payment at the EV charger: the driver taps a card once to start charging, and the energy used is charged when the session ends.
- Payments in your e-shop: the same merchants take cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay online with Online Payments.
