The Italian men's national ice hockey team is the national ice hockey team of Italy, and is controlled by the Federazione Italiana Sport del Ghiaccio (FISG), a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation.

2026 Olympics roster

The first six players of Italy's roster were announced on 16 June 2025. The remainder of the roster was named on 20 January 2026.^[5] The host nation was the only team in the tournament with no current National Hockey League (NHL) players on the roster, with goaltender and Anaheim Ducks prospect Damian Clara the only player signed to an NHL team. On 11 February, Thomas Larkin was named Italy's captain, with Luca Frigo, Diego Kostner, Giovanni Morini, and Alex Trivellato named alternate captains.^[6]
