This feature will require users to verify their identity through an additional authentication method, ensuring secure access for enterprise users, regional operators, and customers under localized infrastructure setups.

As part of the erxes 3.0 upgrade, the Global Profile system has been internally enhanced to support the new product structure, including bundles, modules, and plugin configurations. This upgrade ensures centralized management, better scalability, and compatibility with the new erxes architecture across all SaaS and multi-tenant deployments.

The Content plugin ships its CMS module as a headless CMS, letting any frontend connect to erxes for content delivery. The CMS includes post categories, custom post types, and a full content modeling system, exposing content through APIs that any framework can consume. This module decouples content management from presentation, giving customers freedom to build their frontend with any technology while managing content centrally in erxes. erxes ships as an OpenClaw skill and integration, letting OpenClaw users run their company through the messaging apps they already use — WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, and Slack. Sales, support, marketing, and operations can be operated through conversation using erxes capabilities, including customer records, deals, tickets, and automation flows triggered from any chat channel. The skill follows OpenClaw's SKILL.md format and works with any model OpenClaw supports, from Claude and GPT to local models via Ollama. Shipped in April 2026 across erxes Cloud and self-hosted deployments.

This integration brings AI workflows into erxes automation across SaaS and self-hosted deployments.

The Content plugin adds a Web Builder module with boilerplate templates that connect directly to erxes business modules. Templates include e-commerce storefronts, ticket management for events, tour management system (TMS) for tourism agencies, and property management (PMS) for hotels and resorts, each wired to the corresponding erxes plugin. Customers can launch a working website tied to their operations without custom development, choosing from a library of templates and customizing through the builder. 

erxes integrates with OpenCode, letting non-technical users run their company through code-based workflows without writing code themselves. OpenCode users compose erxes operations through natural language, enabling business teams to automate processes, query data, and execute workflows that previously required developer support. This integration extends erxes skill access to a wider user base across SaaS and self-hosted deployments.

The Real Estate Agency plugin lets agencies onboard their agent teams and run listings, advertisements, sales, and CRM tracking from a single place on the website. Agencies post listings free of charge and only pay a small fee to feature their organization in priority placement, lowering the barrier for small agencies while monetizing visibility for those who want it. Agent activity, leads, and deal pipelines flow into the agency's CRM view, giving managers a unified picture of team performance. 

The Real Estate Suppliers plugin gives every supplier its own e-commerce, inventory, and operations system, while connecting suppliers directly with block.mn, the real estate platform. Suppliers run their internal operations through erxes and simultaneously list their products on erxes.io, opening a new sales channel without building separate infrastructure. This bridges the gap between supplier operations and the wider real estate ecosystem, letting developers and agencies source materials from suppliers already integrated into the platform. Frontline's email integration has been rebuilt on Cloudflare Email, replacing the legacy IMAP setup. Teams can connect company email accounts directly, and every feature — threading, attachments, labels, search, replies — works with native email fidelity. The Broadcast feature adds a workflow option, letting teams design multi-step broadcast sequences from a dedicated template. Marketers can trigger follow-up broadcasts based on customer response, engagement, or time delay, turning single-send campaigns into automated conversation flows. The erxes AI Agent lets customers chat with all their company data across every plugin — customers, deals, tickets, tasks, inventory, and content. Users ask questions in natural language and receive plans, Gantt charts, timelines, and structured outputs generated from live erxes data. The agent runs on the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, giving customers control over which LLM provider powers their workflows and how they manage cost and data residency.
