Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One board, unlimited users, votes and posts, no card and no time limit. Pro adds more boards, private boards, single sign-on, emails to voters and the integrations.
Do my users need an account?
No. They vote with a name and confirm an email only to post or comment. If your product signs them in, they arrive already signed in.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace moves to Free at the end of the period. Boards, posts and votes stay; paid features turn off until you come back.
Can people delete their data?
Yes. Anyone can delete what identifies them from a board, and teams can delete their account. Reports of abusive posts go to you; reports of abusive boards go to us.
Will the widget slow my app down?
No. The script loads after your page, is a few kilobytes, and only opens the board when someone clicks the button.
What about spam?
Voting needs a name, and posting needs a confirmed email. There are rate limits on every action, your team can delete posts and ban people, and anyone can report abuse.
Do you track my users?
Boards don't use tracking cookies. Visitors are counted once a day per device without cookies, and we never sell or share your users' data.
Can I bring feedback from another tool?
There's no one-click import yet. The REST API can create posts, so a short script can move them over.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Boards live at fdbk.online/your-company/your-product, and the widget lets people give feedback without leaving your app.
Who can see what on my team?
You choose, person by person: who answers posts, who moderates, who sets up boards, integrations and billing. Every person on the team takes one seat.
