Reporting issue as installer requests #1601
Description
A fresh install of Anaconda was used to install pytraj. Hit an error asking to install cython. Following install of cython, this error occurred
warnings.warn("darwin_major_to_osx_map needs to be updated! Report this issue if build fails.")
NameError: name 'warnings' is not defined

hi @swettrj: which python version you're using and what are exact command(s) do you use?

and it seems like you're trying to install from source code. Can you please try to delete a line in setup.py?
