描述需求

api 35编译版本已移除navigationBarBackground、statusBarBackground，需要适配没有这两个View存在时的系统栏目判断与高度获取了

可借鉴的

官方建议将View.setFitsSystemWindows(true)，可以看一下还是有其他方案获取系统栏可见性与高度吗？
