Don't open snippets in completion list on every <space> inside comments #1351
Description
While typing comments, the completion list keeps popping open to show snippets (even though the snippet completion provider doesn't have trigger characters set - possibly the main completion provider's trigger characters cause it?).
If we can't find a good way to fix it, we could at least return no snippets if the current line starts with // to catch most of them.
