@jacob314 Here are some Cmd+Shift key combos that aren't bound by default in VS Code:

    Cmd+Shift+A
    Cmd+Shift+I
Cmd+Shift+Q <-- this is OS Logout
    Cmd+Shift+R

Option+Shift is available with most keys: QWERTYUP SDGHJKL ZXVBNM though some of those combos type special characters, so I'm not sure we should use them.

Cmd+Shift+A seems convenient to me and as far as I can tell, doesn't do anything in VS Code/macOS/Chrome.It's listed here as uppercase/lowercase, but it's not bound to those in VS Code (there are no default bindings for VS Codes uppercase/lowercase as far as I can tell).

I'm gonna put Cmd+Shift+A for now, but happy to change it if anyone has opinions.
