Links created in Debug Console do not show if there is no column/line information #2880
Description
If a stack line is parsed with no line info:
package:foo/foo.dart
The text is removed from the output and attached to the OutputEvent without a line/col which results in it not showing up in the debug console (so now the filename is missing entirely).
