Nested multiline comments mess up syntax highlighting

See "const" on line 47. Line 41 is also wrong with the textmate grammar, but semantic tokens fixes it (I'm not sure why it doesn't also fix const).

Small repro:

/**
 *   /**
 *    * bbb
 *    */
 */
String foo = 'test';

Seems to only occur when there are exactly 4 spaces before the nested closing comment - it doesn't seem to end the scope.
