Changing this to post-v1 since it's blocked. It's possible to run them (you can run them from within Code!) so I've asked what the complication is; maybe it's something we can work around?

Currently running tests on Windows is not supported (there is a little irony here, right?). Issue was moved to:
microsoft/vscode-extension-vscode#30
