Raised at flutter/devtools#6563

When opening DevTools from the command in the palette, you can choose a specific page of to "Open in Browser" (which is always the browser, regardless of embed setting). It should be possible to do the same from the sidebar.

    This should be done - needs re-testing (requires new SDK).
