When trying to run this file with Ctrl+F5 I get this error:

This might be related to the change to use the test runner, but I'm pretty sure I've run many test files since then.

    Hmm, same happens from the terminal, so seems unlike to be Dart-Code related or DAP:

    I think this is an SDK issue, I've filed dart-lang/sdk#61074
