Add links to pub packages in dependencies tree #5589
For almost all cases you could use what the server sends as the link but for transitive dependencies this wouldn't work. I do wonder if anyone would be interested though but I would like the consistency.
The server doesn't "send" these links, but rather VS Code asks for them when you have the file open. We could simulate a request for them, but we'd still have to match up the links in the response.
It's probably easiest to handle them locally even if it does require a little duplication.. as long as we can do it reliably (I'll have to review the server impl to remind myself how much logic there was to know which packages we can show them for).
I implemented a slightly simpler version of this for hosted Pub packages, but I didn't try to support things like GitHub links here (for one, I don't think many people use this dependencies tree).
