Support collecting coverage for other packages in the workspace for Dart, like Flutter has #5798

Closed

Description

@DanTup

When collecting coverage for Flutter, we collect it for all of the packages in the workspace (via --coverage-package). However that flag is not yet supported for Dart (see dart-lang/sdk#60958 (comment)).

    Can/should we show a toast when running Test: Run All Tests with Coverage that this is not supported (when it isn't)? I got a bit confused when trying to run that in my workspace, and it didn't show anything different from Test: Run All Tests.

    FYI, that linked issue has already been closed by dart-lang/test#2566.
