Unable to edit document because the file was not previously opened #6088
Description
Describe the bug
I tried running Fix all in workspace but I got the message above.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Working on it. I've not had success reproducing it yet.
Expected behavior
For the command to work as if I ran dart fix --apply.

I see this in the logs:
It does appear that a
didChangewent to the server before thedidOpen. I'm pretty sure this is going to be related todelayOpenNotifications, though scanning through the code I don't see an obvious problem.I'll do some more digging later this week. If you do find a way to repro, please let me know. If we can't find anything, then I may revert that flag (I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the effort!).
Disabled delayOpenNotifications until we know whether it's the cause of

I'm disabling
delayOpenNotificationsfor now until we've tracked this down. It could be unrelated, but I suspect it's related and I haven't been able to repro yet.
