Rename "New Project" commands to "Create New Project" so searching for "flutter create" in the command palette shows them #6122

I often try to "create" new projects using the dart create and flutter create commands. When I look for the Dart: New project or Flutter: New Project, I often forget they don't have the word "create".

Could you add the word "create" to the commands?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Remembering that the Dart-Code version of initialising a new project skips that word.
