TextMate grammar tests aren't running on bots? #6129

Looks like we run npm test in the bots, but only npm run test-all or npm run test-grammar will run the grammar test. The current tests have some failures when I run locally. We need to fix the tests and ensure they're running on the bots (either in their own bot, or just in the "dart" bot).
