Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to use Flutter Colors.blue.withValues(alpha: 0.5) to set a constant value, but it is impossible since the method needs to be executed.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to use the colors hover to click and change the whole expression to Color.fromRGBO or whatever.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Converting the first part (Colors.blue) and transforming it myself afterwards.

    I tweaked the title here, because I think this request is about the colour preview/picker, and not just the standard editor hover?

    Fixed by dart-lang/sdk@fce7782, ships in a future SDK.
