Issue 1: Allow transcribe() to accept a custom sample rate
Currently transcribe() hardcodes SAMPLE_RATE (44100 Hz) from constants.py. There is no way to override this at runtime.
load_audio() already accepts an optional sr parameter — when sr=None, it returns the file's native sample rate. But transcribe() doesn't pass this through.
Requested change: Add an optional sr parameter to transcribe() (defaulting to SAMPLE_RATE from constants.py) and thread it through to load_audio() and any other internal calls that depend on sample rate. This would let users run transcription at the file's native sample rate or any other rate, rather than being locked to 44100.
