Install Python without a compiler

Install iccdev from PyPI on CPython 3.9-3.13, or choose an exact-tag wheel asset matching your Python version, OS, and architecture.
PyPI currently provides wheels only; install from the repository when no compatible wheel is available.
Linux wheels cover manylinux and musllinux x86_64/aarch64; macOS covers x86_64/arm64/universal2; Windows covers AMD64/ARM64.
Core profile/CMM APIs are self-contained. CLI-backed helpers need the matching native tool bundle.
MCP: install iccdev-mcp[rest] from PyPI, or use the universal exact-tag GitHub release wheel URL.
The MCP wheel includes no CLI binaries or compiled transform bindings; install those separately when needed.
For REST extras from a GitHub release asset use python -m pip install "iccdev-mcp[rest] @ <copied-MCP-wheel-asset-URL>".
