Git post-commit hook 自动写入 commit 元数据（hash、author、branch、repo、subject）到本地 SQLite 数据库。
- 按 hash、仓库、作者、日期、分支、标签筛选
- 支持前缀匹配查找 commit
- 查找某个 commit 属于哪个仓库
- 给仓库打仓库级标签（label），按"组"过滤（如 work / personal）
list --label/stats --label只显示带该标签的仓库- 标签即时对该仓库全部历史 commit 生效
- 按仓库 / 作者聚合统计
- CRUD 操作：record / delete / update
- 全局模式：新 repo 自动安装 hook
- 排除规则：fnmatch 通配符排除指定路径
