Improve the CodeMeta export code #752
Description
The process should be:
- We collect all the information in the somef specification.
- We reconcile information for the CodeMeta export (e.g., reconciling licenses into one, authors, etc.)
- We create a mapping from the somef specification to CodeMeta. At the moment this is a script, which is hard to maintain. I would like this to be a proper mapping if possible.

sssom declares the mapping equivalences. I would like to support sssom for reading mappings at some point (although complex mappings are tricky). I would like to use RML to go from JSON to codemeta. We have this partly now for the Turtle conversion.
