Hi @rouault, The CIFuzz failing should be a leak discovery from the fuzzer. Not sure if you want to handle it first? |

@arthurscchan - now #7539 has been merged, could you rebase this PR against the main branch, and we'll see if the first issue is resolved, thanks. |

Finally, after fixing the 2 memory leaking issues, the CI passed now. I think this new fuzzer is ready then. Sorry for leaving this PR for a bit long. |
