Incorrect Boost::headers.INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES#167

When using the installed boost package with CMake, the following CMakeLists.txt:

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.31)
project(BoostCMakeIncludesBug)
find_package(Boost REQUIRED CONFIG)
include(CMakePrintHelpers)
cmake_print_properties(TARGETS Boost::headers
  PROPERTIES INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES
)

reveals that the INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES property of the Boost::headers is set to "/usr". This is clearly incorrect and makes it impossible to use this package in CMake-based projects.
