Narrator and Pipeline become a tee handler above slog #502

status.Narrator (status → stderr) and result.Pipeline (results → stdout) keep their local rendering and
become a tee handler over slog, keyed on the stream.

The rendering is primary and must not regress: stderr stays human-readable status, stdout stays the
program's deliverable.
