A new engineer picks up devlore and accelerates into productivity as a devlore software design engineer —
the claim the whole packaging model makes, tested on the one person who cannot be told to work around a
rough edge.

Grounded by Demo B "New Hire, Day One" (noblefactor: devlore/design/lore/03-lore-demos.md): deploy a
manifest on a fresh machine, show the trace, prove verification.

It is also the sharpest dogfooding test available. The team is already writ-managed, so the gap between
"works on the machine that built it" and "works on a machine that has never seen it" is exactly what
this measures.
