Identity is rel: git-model plan-space paths; migrate the authoring surfaces #584
Description
Feature: #546 · Phase 2 of resource-construction.md; closes the
#547 family.
Identity mints from SourcePath.Rel() (slash-canonical). Plan-space paths follow the git model: leading
slash anchors at the fsroot; foo/bar ≡ /foo/bar; volume/drive spellings and ../ escapes are
plan-time refusals. The fsroot is a run parameter (home scope binds per account; system scope per host —
%SystemDrive%\ per #392, / on unix). Authoring surfaces migrate to plan-space paths:
devlore-test's t.tmp, writ deploy's planner, tests. The four native-form consumers (the 2026-08-18
revert) move onto SourcePath.Abs(). Windows baseline expectation: 3 → 0 if all three prove pure
identity-form failures; any remainder re-diagnosed.
