install.ps1 is published beside install.sh, and runs on Windows PowerShell 5.1 — what a fresh Windows machine has #948

install.ps1 exists at the repository root and, since #914, does what install.sh does: fetches the archive, verifies it, runs every product's self install. Two of #798's rulings (2026-09-04) are still open on it:

• It is never published. release.yaml:144 copies install.sh to the site's public/ and nothing else, so irm https://devlore.noblefactor.com/install.ps1 | iex, the usage line in its own header, is a 404. The sync copies both scripts.
• It is not Core. No #Requires -Version 7; it runs under whatever launched it. Ruling 3: the body is Core, one code path, cross-platform; the one thing Windows PowerShell 5.1 runs is a preamble that installs pwsh (winget install Microsoft.PowerShell) and re-launches the script under it, because 5.1 is what a fresh Windows machine has.

Refiled 2026-09-24: the first filing said the script did not exist, which was wrong — it was unpublished.
