The last phase of noblefactor-ops#140. The extension is deployed by writ from the base layer and answers from the user slot with no environment variable, so the bash script it replaced goes. star/config.yaml declares the gh: block -- repositories devlore-cli and noblefactor-ops, exempt [65] -- so the report run here spans both repositories and exempts #65 as the script hard-coded. Parity was checked one last time before the deletion: --epic ResourceModel --view table --state all, byte-identical at 63 lines, with the exemption coming from project config. Nothing else invokes the script; shell-lint discovers files by shebang, and the three remaining mentions are plan documents, which are records. The process documents in noblefactor-ops have named the extension since noblefactor-ops#177. Closes #797.
