[OSSPlanet] Cecilifier Application for VPS Plan #34

Cecilifier is a tool meant aiming to make it easier to learn how to use Mono.Cecil, a library used to manipulate MS IL. It was developed after the idea of asmifier.

I am the only developer in the project, doing development, deployment, documentation, etc.

Most of my commits in https://github.com/adrianoc/cecilifier are signed with my PGP key (DD39DFB151DAEE8C9624A3F8DB54BE035720946D). I also blogged about it a couple of times

    (For slave mirror service, please also give us the source url, mirror frequecy, and other neccessary info.)

Ideally 2 VPS (one for staging, one for production) with 2 ~ 4 cores, 8 ~ 16GB memory, disk space OS (Ubuntu) + 20 GB

Project has small number of users and very low disk/network demands.

    As this is a free service for Open Source/Culture/Music without asking almost nothing in return,
