What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Set dynamic_graphql to our fork where an issue involving signed integers being parsed as unsigned integers was fixed.
Why are the changes needed?
Fixes all graphql signed integer fields not accepting negative numbers.

How was this patch tested?
Tested with an applyViews query in the playground.
Are there any further changes required?
If the fork is accepted to the main repository and a new version is released, we should set the source for dynamic_graphql back to the main cargo version.
