This request is similar to PSDepend. May want to take the lessons learned there and apply it here.

--------- Example 4 --------- Installs the PSResources specified in the psd1 file. Install-PSResource -RequiredResourceFile myRequiredModules.psd1Even if it's not as nice as just calling Restore-PSResource would be.
To assist users coming from other platforms and are used to things like
npm restoreordotnet restore, there should beRestore-PSResourcethat would be equivalent to doing intelligent discovery of files in the current folder like requirements.psd1 or psrequirements.json, designed to be a faster path than install-module -requiredresourcefileThis should come along after the psd1 support is implemented with publishing.
