I've renamed the following labels "Approved" to "ready" and "Commited" to "in progress".

I think we should remove the "New" label, it doesn't make sense in the context of GitHub because "New" is mapped to the state of "open" (like "Done" was mapped to the "closed").

Also, since we have a scrum board for this superproject, I will disable issues for the submodules so that they are all consolidated here.
