Remove copies of ps1xml files and Modules from superproject #529
Description
Once dotnet/cli#1361 is resolved, we will be able to use relative paths pointing at the files in the src/monad tree, and then git rm them from Linux.Host.

The mentioned issue was resolved, but only in the sense that it no longer crashes. We still cannot specify a destination for a source file, meaning we must keep the files laid out correctly in the project (or use symlinks).
This is blocked on dotnet/cli#66.

The ps1xml files have been removed because PowerShell's dependency on them was removed. However, Modules still pose a problem.

Modules are now mapped in from source depot; closing this.
