Testing from installed packages #6136

For completeness we need to check all packages.
We could change the sequence from "install PS - build from fork - test on builded version" to "install PS - build from fork and create packages - install the builded package - test on builded installed version"

With the enhancement we could add tests to insure that install packages configure target system right.
