Issue body actions

In GenerateTableRow
we have several similar repetitive cycles which we could replace one:

for (int row = 0; row < rows.Length; row++) 
...
    for (int col = 0; col < scArray.Length; col++) 

Also we could use Span and other means to reduce allocations.
