Fix Gitbook PDF convert #10

When you convert the book into PDF, the end of some (a lot) code example are missing.

I couldn't reproduce the problem. They might have fixed it by now?

I think we should abandon GitBook altogether in the future. It has so many flaws, I lost count. It was a terrible idea from me. Simple GitHub md-s are just fine.

@nopara73 gitbook is nothing more than md files nicely represented, I think it was the right choice.

@nopara73 I also think the GitBook is alright, I think I saw the book first there and not on GitHub.
