Hi @Henrik-P, can I check the status here? The vignette doesn't necessarily need to be in a final form -- it would be great if we could have an MVP scaffolding in place that we could then build on in later work. |

Can we decide for a pull request in the state as it is because the branch is left open for 5 years and Henrik has too poor reactivity these last years on the project ? |

This PR is a response to the issue vignettes: timeseries - ordered observations #3453.
I realized that I had some slides which addressed some of the topics mentioned in the issue. So after editing of my .Rmd file, I thought that I could share it to provide a first step for the vignette.
This is work in progress, and my next step is to continue with the Integer based date and time classes, and Extraction functions.
Below is a list of features which @jangorecki presented in the issue. I have converted it to a task list to keep track of the topics included in the vignette so far.
