Changes made

Exposes the manufacturer and product strings from HID enumeration through both the C++ and C library interfaces. This includes new accessor methods in the Headset class and corresponding functions in the C API.

Checklist

  • [ x] I adjusted the README (if needed)
  • [ x] For new features in HeadsetControl: I discussed it beforehand in Issues or Discussions and adhered to the wiki

This PR is to fix #485
I used GPT model 5.4 for this. (Still no C / C++ skills on my side...)

So it works on my MACOS app

…, clean docs

- Reorder vendorId/productId/vendorName/productName to keep IDs grouped
- Move is_test_device before string params in HeadsetImpl constructor
- Add testVendorProductNames() for cross-API consistency verification
- Remove formatting-only changes from LIBRARY_USAGE.md, keep substantive additions
