Sdcard applications not detected on startup. #975

Do you use TrackerControl from Google Play/F-Droid/other?
I use 2025.12.18-fdroid, and just updated it to 2026.08.05-fdroid upon seeing the year old version (checked and the bug still seems present)

Describe the bug
Applications on the sdcard are not available straightaway on phone startup, and I suppose TC does not see them yet as it loads before android finishes loading them, and therefore does not load their profiles yet (at least they are not visible yet in TC).
Once they are loaded by the phone, none of them have any internet access, until I go into TC, see that they do not appear in the list of apps, refresh the page, see them appear. Only then can they access internet.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Boot phone with apps on SDcard
2. Open the said apps, see that they do not have internet access
3. Open TC
4. See that these apps do not show in the app list
5. Refresh TC's app list
6. See the apps appear
7. Check that the apps now have internet access

I don't know how this can be done, but when apps are installed TC realises, so I suppose there is a dynamic update mechanism available.

I suppose there are many ways of fixing this in TC, here are a few I thought of:

• TC checks if there is a SDcard to "know" that new apps are coming soon,
• load the list of apps installed at previous boot,
• realise he is receiving incoming trafic from apps not on his list

I don't mind trying to implement a fix if you are interested (as it will be easier to test it on my device where the bug is present), but I don't mind pointers on how you think is the cleanest way of fixing it.
