macOS Sonoma 14.5 arm64 x11 games/utilities failing to build in pkgsrc #418

All of the failures seem to be due to the same error, which is a man page path mismatch. The manpages are being Installed to

These did not fail in 12.3 arm64 bulk builds, so this seems to be a recent regression

Deleted and reinstalled my pkgsrc install due to [Re: arm64/mac: Missing signature key?](fixed by https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-users/2026/04/02/msg042810.html) (https://federate.me.uk/@jperkin/115547058112719901) and noticed that a lot of programs failed to build for 14.5.
