new perl causes vim to not run on mac silicon #422

Description

@smurfd

Hey, seems perl has been updated recently to 5.44.0 from 5.42.0. Causes problems for Vim.

$ which vim
/opt/pkg/bin/vim
$ vim
dyld[8606]: Library not loaded: /opt/pkg/lib/perl5/5.42.0/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/libperl.dylib
  Referenced from: <F8861B67-B31F-3550-B9CD-2683CF650F54> /opt/pkg/bin/vim
  Reason: tried: '/opt/pkg/lib/perl5/5.42.0/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/libperl.dylib' (no such file), '/System/Volumes/Preboot/Cryptexes/OS/opt/pkg/lib/perl5/5.42.0/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/libperl.dylib' (no such file), '/opt/pkg/lib/perl5/5.42.0/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/libperl.dylib' (no such file)
zsh: abort      vim

Workaround:

$ cd /opt/pkg/lib/perl5
$ doas ln -s 5.44.0 5.42.0

now vim works

    Yeh sorry this was due to a bad publish, and now we're a bit stuck because the NetBSD git conversion server is down for maintenance. I'll be putting processes in place to avoid this, and will get a new build issued as soon as GitHub is updated.

    A new build run has finished and all packages uploaded, so this should now be fixed if you remove the symlink and then pkgin upgrade.
