All-in-one unit conversion package.

This is the Dart implementation of LukodConvert.

• Contains a lot of units in a lot of quantities perfect for whatever usecase you may have.
• Uses rationals so that precision won't be lost.
• Names, symbols, and descriptions of units are localized (uses the slang package)
• All units are contents of an enum, with all of the methods mixed in.
• Can be utilized in Dart-only applications (works without Flutter).
